Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the continuous casting industry.
• Deep understanding of mechanical systems and equipment operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot casting line equipment effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support in person and remotely.
• Identify and facilitate implementations of new casters and process improvements.
• Develop technical awareness throughout the organization.
• Support sales and marketing for customers.
