Job summary

Veolia’s Water Technology team seeks a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader for the Microelectronics sector in North America. You will own the complete treatment solution design, lead a team of engineers, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient UPW and wastewater treatment systems.

You will apply advanced treatment technologies and manage process guarantees, risks, and communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education.
• 10+ years of related experience in process design or operation of water/wastewater treatment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management ability.
• Experience with UPW, wastewater, and reclaim treatment in microelectronics.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process design of ultrapure, wastewater, and reclaim treatment solutions for the Microelectronics industry.
• Coordinate a team of Process Engineers to align flow sheets with strategy, deliverables, and schedules.
• Own the Process Flow Diagram, mass balance, and process guarantees with cross-functional input.
• Engage in piloting, benchmarking, and treatability studies for design, commissioning, and optimization.
• Serve as lead technical contact with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and manage technical risks across the flow sheet and unit processes.
