Job summary

Domino’s Corporate seeks an Expert Store Engineer for Store Engineering & Innovation to lead engineering solutions and equipment strategies across the store network. You will collaborate with Restaurant Operations, Development, Technology, and Supply Chain to implement technologies, standards, and efficiency initiatives.

You will drive innovations in store design, equipment, automation, and workflows, serving as the voice of engineering for store operations and aligning field needs with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in restaurant operations, engineering, or related functions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engineering liaison to Restaurant Operations and partner with multiple teams to identify and implement technologies, equipment platforms, and process improvements.
• Lead development and maintenance of equipment standards and store concepts.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and pilot programs; build business cases for innovations.
