Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineering Supervisor to lead sustaining engineering for PCB production. You will drive process improvements, monitor operations, and ensure quality across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years in engineering, strong manufacturing experience, and expertise in process control, statistical methods, and CAD tools. This role requires ITAR compliance and a US citizenship or permanent residency.

Qualifications

• Education in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• 5–10 years engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to Process Engineering Manager.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing problems using data collection and analysis of statistical metrics.
• Develop, document, maintain, and standardize production floor processes and procedures to ensure consistency.
• Compile and evaluate test data to determine limits and variables for process or material specifications.
• Interface with customers, engineers, technicians, production and support staff to support business needs.
• Prepare changes and modifications to the process and documentation for production readiness.
• Ensure policies on process, safety, and quality are followed.
• Manage the development and performance of the onsite Process Engineering team.
