Nexans is seeking a Process Engineering Manager in Goose Creek, SC to drive process control development, improvements and optimization across manufacturing lines. You will partner with production to reduce variance and cost while ensuring quality and safety.

The role demands leadership of the plant technical team, strong knowledge of process metrics, and collaboration with cross-functional groups to meet the site objectives and ISO standards.

Formación

• Industrial Engineering degree or 5-7 years of manufacturing experience.
• 5 years minimum in industrial manufacturing, process engineering or quality function.
• English fluent; strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication.

Responsabilidades

• Define and optimize process parameters; validate and record changes.
• Coordinate drafting, validation and dissemination of procedures.
• Lead, coach and monitor direct reports in the plant technical organization.
