Qualifications

• Industrial Engineer Degree or 5-7 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• 5 years minimum in an industrial manufacturing sector, process engineering or quality function.
• Strong leadership skills including coaching, influencing and motivating.
• Business acumen and understanding of industrial KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with intercultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize production parameters to produce at the best cost.
• Validate and record changes to process parameters and tooling.
• Coach and lead the production department and direct reports.
• Coordinate drafting, validation and dissemination of manufacturing and self-control procedures.
