Job summary

Nexans High Voltage USA Inc. in Charleston seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead process control development, continuous improvement, and cost optimization for cable manufacturing.

The role drives manufacturing efficiency and competitiveness. You will supervise and train the production staff, define and validate process changes, coordinate procedures, and collaborate with CC2 and engineering offices to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineer Degree or minimum 5-7 years in industrial manufacturing
• Experience: 5 years minimum in industrial manufacturing, process engineering or quality function
• Good interpersonal skills and upward and downward communication
• Strong Leadership skills (Coaching, influencing, leadership, motivating)
• Business acumen. Understanding of Industrial KPIs.
• Communication skills and knowledge (interpersonal skills, listening, oral communication, presentation, questioning, reading comprehension, written communication)
• Abilities to understand and act according to intercultural differences
• Results Driven
• Wide exposure to different materials, processes and corresponding tools & methods
• 5-10 years technical / engineering / industrial experience in the cable industry
