Salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 with bonus. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of manufacturing leadership, plus 3+ years solving technical or operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 3+ years solving technical or operational challenges in manufacturing.
• Experience leading supervisors or hourly production teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience driving improvements in safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production supervisors and frontline leaders.
• Drive a strong safety culture and support a zero-injury environment.
• Ensure execution of standardized work, process controls and safety procedures.
• Improve productivity, quality, efficiency and operational performance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing issues using structured problem-solving methods.
• Support strategic manufacturing initiatives and operational goals.
• Build accountability and operational excellence across the production team.
