Grainger is seeking a Process Engineer Lead to design, develop, and optimize complex operational processes across multiple distribution centers. You will model systems, analyze data, and lead cross-functional teams to drive improvements in service, cost, and performance.

The role requires onsite presence three days per week in Patterson CA, Mira Loma CA, or Gresham OR, with up to 75% travel during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a STEM field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years process engineering with a track record managing complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and optimization.
• Strong project management and mentoring skills.
• Experience designing/implementing automation solutions.
