You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Quality, and Engineering to identify opportunities to improve process performance and reduce operating costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with process modeling and data analysis.
• 4–8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of QA practices and ISO 9000.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process reporting tools and dashboards.
• Design QA systems including ISO 9000 compliance and metrics reporting.
• Track key process variables and respond to deviations.
• Lead root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure data integrity and traceability of process and product databases.
• Provide process engineering input during project scoping and design phases.
