The candidate will lead small projects, train junior engineers, and collaborate across plant leadership, maintenance, quality, and operations to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Typically possesses 4+ years of relevant manufacturing or engineering experience.
• Experience in an industrial or process-driven environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts trials, analyzes results, and makes recommendations related to engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Supports steel drum plant operations by identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and consistency.
• Identifies and resolves issues with existing control strategies and implements improvements.
• Calibrates and validates plant instrumentation and equipment to support reliability and quality.
• Leads small projects or project teams and trains less experienced colleagues.
