Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, tooling/support equipment.
• Ability to read and understand aviation engine and procedure manuals.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor for up to 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing and repair processes.
• Review customer and OEM drawings to ensure compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and support to cross-functional teams.
