Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in diagnosing and solving production problems.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical problems in production to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Provide input to design engineers on manufacturability and issues.
• Develop and implement process improvement plans based on defect data.
• Approve instructions and verification documents with quality and production teams.
• Support launch of new processes and products and manage change activities.
• Create and maintain PFMEA and work instructions for safe, efficient operations.
