Qualifications

• PhD required in a science or engineering field.
• Proven technical leadership and people management experience.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device fabrication.
• Experience with process integration/development in semiconductor fabs or labs.
• Knowledge of etch techniques and metrology methods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of process development engineers and provide regular guidance on technical projects.
• Lead development and improvement of etch and photolithography processes and metrology strategy to enable next-gen power devices.
• Define and execute the power device process roadmap.
• Oversee projects to enhance device performance and yields.
• Collaborate with R&D design and integration teams to create unit processes meeting specs.
• Provide technical process development leadership and drive continuous improvement.
