Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering or Materials Science.
• 2 years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with analytical skills.
• Willing to work in non-cleanroom environment.
• Excellent MS Office and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive 200mm SiC process to higher control and yield.
• Develop, monitor, and characterize equipment, materials, and processes.
• Define control parameters and monitoring systems for process variations.
• Lead process changes with staff to ensure repeatability.
• Collaborate with R&D to transition processes from research to production.
