Job summary
Franklin Templeton in the United States is seeking a Lead Wealth Distribution Intelligence & AI Partner – Private Markets to drive strategic analytics and AI-enabled sales initiatives. You will partner with Private Markets leadership and distribution teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize go-to-market plans, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
This hybrid role can be based in Stamford, NY, or Boston, with four days in the office.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distribution intelligence, analytics, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Private Markets and wealth-management distribution.
- Proven ability to translate data into executive-ready recommendations.
- Proficient with SQL, Python and analytics tools; AI experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic business & market intelligence translating priorities into measurable goals.
- Develop client and opportunity intelligence through segmentation and scoring.
- Apply AI, automation, and analytics to improve sales execution and targeting.
- Develop scalable data capabilities with cross-functional teams.
