Job summary

Graphic Packaging International, LLC in Pineville, NC seeks a Printing Press Operator for a 12-hour night continuous ops schedule. You will lead the press crew, ensure make-readies and runs meet quality standards, and align with production goals.

Responsibilities include setup, troubleshooting, color control, maintenance, and collaboration with the Printing Manager to improve productivity and quality. Candidates should have prior press experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar Press Operator role required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating hand jacks, electric pallet jacks and forklifts preferred.
• Excellent attendance and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Setup and adjust press to meet job specifications.
• Troubleshoot and correct quality/machine problems.
• Direct crews to stay on task and maintain color accuracy.
• Perform PM and minor repairs; assist maintenance.
