Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is hiring a Printing Press Operator in the United States. You will lead the press crew, set up and adjust the press, troubleshoot quality issues, and ensure runs meet specifications for top quality production. This role requires prior press operator experience and the ability to read job specifications; forklift license is a plus. Schedules include 8-hour shifts with possible overtime and safety gear is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• One year of professional working experience, preferred in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust press.
• Troubleshoot and correct quality/machine problems.
• Review job bag to ensure proper specifications.
• Direct crews to stay on task.
• Control color to proper Delta E.
• Perform PM and minor repairs.
• Work with Printing Manager to suggest improvements.
