You will guide workflow, train team members, and interact with clients to review specs and deadlines. Strong English communication, 3–5 years in production print, and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Graphic Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of production print or similar environment experience.
• Experience operating high-volume digital production and finishing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily print shop operations, workflow, scheduling, and production priorities.
• Assign work and mentor print shop staff.
• Operate high-volume digital production printers and finishing equipment.
• Perform quality control inspections and final checks.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate service requests.
• Maintain inventory of paper, toner, and supplies.
• Serve as primary customer contact for print requests and timelines.
• Recommend appropriate paper, finishing options, and print specs.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Track production volumes, job status, and material usage.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and support process improvements.
• Maintain a safe and organized production environment.
• Lift/move materials up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
