Job summary

BD is seeking a Print/Press Operator in USA CT - Canaan to ensure high quality web materials are produced and maintained. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to adhere to GMP and quality assurance principles.

Responsibilities

• Check quality and correctness of printing mats and set up printing sleeves.
• Inspect raw materials for correct web stock and ink.
• Operate the printing press to produce a high quality product.
• Perform cleanup and preventative maintenance on printing/slitting equipment.
• Maintain inventory of inks, mats and paper stock.
• Schedule web material processing to minimize downtime.
• Complete material transfers between departments.
• Maintain a clean work area to meet GMP requirements.
