Qualifications

• MD or DO with full and unrestricted license in the US.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Board certification or eligibility in primary care specialties.
• Ability to work in a team-based patient care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including history, physicals, and treatment planning.
• Lead and participate in the PACT team within the clinic.
• Oversee PACT compliance with care workflows and MyHealtheVet use.
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination activities.
• Maintain readiness for Joint Commission accreditation and inspections.
