Job summary

Community Action Partnerships of Western Nebraska (CAPWN) seeks a Primary Care Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing and ancillary staff in the CAPWN Primary Care Clinic. You will direct patient care, case management and clinical operations within a team-based, Patient-Centered Medical Home model, ensuring safe, compassionate and efficient service for patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Nebraska.
• Minimum 3 years general nursing experience.
• Experience in clinical nursing management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing, MSS and ancillary staff and promote team cohesiveness.
• Manage day-to-day operations and long-term planning of the nursing team.
• Hire, onboard, direct and mentor staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with DHHS, HRSA, OSHA standards and nursing guidelines.
• Maintain patient care quality and implement nursing best practices.
