Job summary

Carolina Sweepers is seeking an experienced Lead Pressure Washer to manage field operations from the Charlotte area. The role covers day and night shifts, leading a crew, coordinating routes, and ensuring high-quality workmanship on commercial properties.

You will train technicians, enforce safety standards, and report progress to management while maintaining equipment and supplies for each job. This hands-on leadership position offers growth within a respected outdoor maintenance team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of field or maintenance experience preferred, but not required
• Prior supervisory, team-lead, or crew-management experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Active driver license and clean driving record
• Availability to work both day and night shifts, including early/late hours and weekends as necessary
• Ability to lift 100 lbs or more
• Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather and come in contact with hazards

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on, and dependable Lead Pressure Washer to lead our pressure

washing operations. This is a working leadership role covering both day and night shifts — you'll be out in the

field alongside your crew while also overseeing, scheduling, and coordinating the team to keep our commercial

Responsibilities:

As our Lead Pressure Washer, you'll be leading the team and working in the field across both day and night shifts. No two days are the same.

Team Leadership

• Overseeing, scheduling, and coordinating your team's daily assignments and routes
• Leading, training, and mentoring technicians on the job

• Coordinating equipment, tools, and supplies so crews are ready for each job

In the Field

• Pressure washing
• Performing minor maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, asphalt patching, etc.)
• Performing mechanic maintenance as needed
• Portering as needed
• Installing and servicing property signs
• Conducting routine property inspections
• Welding (if qualified)
• Safely operating a company vehicle and equipment
• Using mobile apps and completing daily reports
• Managing company tools and credit card with care

Requirements
