Carolina Sweepers is seeking a Pressure Washing Manager to lead the field team and manage daily operations. This role blends hands-on field work with leadership, ensuring properties are cleaned to high standards while coordinating schedules and resources.

You will train technicians, monitor safety and quality, and report progress to management. The job offers outdoor work, varied days, and opportunities for growth within a long‑standing local company.

Qualifications

• 2 years of field or maintenance experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory, team-lead, or crew-management experience strongly preferred.
• Active driver license and clean driving record.
• Availability to work both day and night shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs or more.
• Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pressure washing team in the field and in the shop.

We're looking for an experienced, hands‑on, and dependable Pressure Washing Manager to lead our pressure

washing operations. This is a working leadership role — you'll be out in the field alongside your crew while

also overseeing, scheduling, and coordinating the team to keep our commercial properties in top shape. If you

Responsibilities:

As our Pressure Washing Manager, you'll be leading the team and working in the field. No two days are the

same.

Team Leadership

• Overseeing, scheduling, and coordinating your team's daily assignments and routes
• Leading, training, and mentoring technicians on the job
• Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to Carolina Sweepers' quality standards
• Coordinating equipment, tools, and supplies so crews are ready for each job
• Communicating with management and reporting on team performance and job progress

In the Field

• Pressure washing
• Performing minor maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, asphalt patching, etc.)
• Performing mechanic maintenance as needed
• Installing and servicing property signs
• Conducting routine property inspections
• Welding (if qualified)
• Safely operating a company vehicle and equipment
• Using mobile apps and completing daily reports
• Managing company tools and credit card with care

Requirements

• 2 years of field or maintenance experience preferred, but not required
• Prior supervisory, team‑lead, or crew‑management experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Active driver license and clean driving record
• Availability to work both day and night shifts, including early/late hours and weekends as necessary
• Ability to work on ladders/roofs and near retention ponds
• Ability to lift 100 lbs or more
• Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather and come in contact with trash
