Carolina Sweepers is seeking a Pressure Washing Manager to lead the field team and manage daily operations. This role blends hands-on field work with leadership, ensuring properties are cleaned to high standards while coordinating schedules and resources.

You will train technicians, monitor safety and quality, and report progress to management. The job offers outdoor work, varied days, and opportunities for growth within a long‑standing local company.

Qualifications

• 2 years of field or maintenance experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory, team-lead, or crew-management experience strongly preferred.
• Active driver license and clean driving record.
• Availability to work both day and night shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs or more.
• Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pressure washing team in the field and in the shop.
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of daily routes and assignments.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians on the job.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of work.
• Coordinate equipment, tools, and supplies for each job.
• Report team performance and job progress to management.
