Job summary

Kept Companies is seeking a Lead Pressure Washer Technician to lead field crews on commercial sites, ensuring safety and high-quality cleaning.

You will train teammates, operate and maintain equipment, document work, and liaise with customers to uphold company standards. This role requires physical endurance and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous pressure washing or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Previous leadership, crew lead, or training experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pressure washing equipment and cleaning techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team in the field.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee pressure washing crews at commercial job sites.
• Perform pressure washing and exterior cleaning services using professional equipment.
• Train and coach team members on proper pressure washing techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
• Operate, inspect, and maintain pressure washing equipment, hoses, pumps, and related tools.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare surfaces and remove dirt, grease, grime, mold, and other contaminants.
• Ensure work is completed thoroughly and meets company and customer quality standards.
• Conduct job-site inspections and address quality issues as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and ensure crew members do the same.
• Communicate professionally with customers, management, and team members.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and report equipment or job-site issues.
• Manage time effectively to ensure jobs are completed within scheduled timeframes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment and supplies.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites as needed.
• Be available for occasional overnight and out-of-town jobs.

What You'll Do:
