Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Typically 3–5 years of relevant professional work experience; supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• First level of supervision or project lead; leads and monitors a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement production sequences to meet production goals.
• Evaluate performance of employees based on productivity and quality.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate preventative machine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Supervise and train employees on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with plant policies and procedures.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure quality and resource efficiency.
