Cadence Education is hiring Lead Teachers at the Eden Prairie Campus. This role focuses on creating a warm, inclusive classroom, building strong relationships with families, and meeting licensing requirements.

You will implement developmentally appropriate curricula and use Cadence systems for communication with families and staff. Ideal candidates bring early childhood education credentials and 6–12 months of classroom experience, with flexibility for scheduling and ongoing professional

Qualificações

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for Lead Teachers in a licensed childcare center.
• A minimum of 6-12 months of early childhood or classroom experience preferred, depending on education and credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Build positive, professional relationships with children and families.
• Recognize and respond to diverse developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including implementing IEPs and behavioral plans as required.
• Plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Cadence philosophy and Signature Programs.
• Use Cadence communication tools to communicate with families, coworkers, and leadership.
• Maintain a safe, well‑supervised classroom per Safety and Supervision Manual.
• Document and report accidents, incidents, and escalated behaviors per policy.
• Follow Cadence policies, procedures, and standards in the Employee Handbook.
• Participate in required trainings, meetings, and professional development.
