• Create a warm, welcoming, inclusive classroom for every child.
• Build positive relationships with children and families through daily communication.
• Support diverse developmental needs and implement IEPs as required.
• Plan and document developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Cadence.
• Use Cadence systems to communicate with families and leadership.
• Keep a safe, supervised classroom following safety policies.
• Document accidents and incidents per policy and licensing rules.
• Follow policies and participate in trainings and meetings.
