Job summary

Cadence Education in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations and implement Cadence Education programs. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment for children, including those with IEPs, while maintaining licensing compliance and building positive relationships with families.

You will work under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher, supporting curriculum delivery and classroom routines, and you may participate in required

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety procedures and licensing regulations.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration in a classroom.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families daily and establish welcoming relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using approved tools.
• Follow safety and supervision policies and report incidents as required.
• Assist in managing and documenting child behaviors in line with policies.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development.

Education

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
