Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool, part of the Spring Education Group, is seeking an energetic and nurturing Lead Preschool Teacher to join our growing early childhood team. You’ll create a safe and engaging classroom where children explore the world around them while building independence and essential early learning skills.

Design age-appropriate activities, foster warm routines, and partner with families to support growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• A minimum of a completed AA in ECE or a related field
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States
