Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Orlando is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead and mentor your classroom team, applying KinderCare's curriculum to meet the diverse needs of each child. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where kids can explore and grow under attentive guidance.

You will partner with families and center staff to drive enrollment, engagement, and quality. State qualifications, CDA/NAEYC readiness, CPR/First Aid, and ECE experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and the ability to multi-task in a busy classroom.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners.
