Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks dedicated Teachers to guide early learning in our centers. You will lead classrooms, implement age-appropriate curriculum, and build strong relationships with families to support each child's growth.

This role emphasizes safety, mentorship, and collaboration with staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals. Prior ECE experience, CDA, and CPR/First Aid are preferred but not required for all positions.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; able to multi-task effectively.
• Possess active CDA Credential or be pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support the best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Develop positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
