Job summary

KinderCare Education is hiring a Teacher to join our nationwide early childhood education team. You will lead, coach and mentor teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

You’ll partner with parents to provide the best care and education and help your center reach enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals. Requirements include an active CDA credential or NAECY candidacy, 2–3 years of ECE experience, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy (state trainer preferred).
• 2–3 years in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Read, write, understand, and speak English.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
