Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a passionate Teacher in Orlando, FL to shape early learners and model best practices. You will lead and mentor less experienced teachers, implement KinderCare's curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

You will partner with parents to support enrollment and engagement, collaborate with center staff and leadership to meet goals, and help deliver high-quality care and education. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills are required.
• Possess active CDA Credential or NAECY candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must be physically able to lift 40 pounds and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by achieving enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, schools and community partners.
