Job summary

The Learning Experience - Hilliard seeks a passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to guide a positive, engaging classroom for infants to preschoolers. You will create a nurturing space, teach using the LEAP Curriculum, and collaborate with families and staff to support each child's growth.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
• Experience with our LEAP Curriculum® or similar early childhood curriculum is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s latest adventures and achievements
• Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals

Education

Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree
