Job summary

Children’s Paradise is seeking a Lead Teacher to lead a QPI and CSPP classroom, supervising instructional staff and collaborating with families to deliver high quality early childhood education. The role focuses on maintaining ECERS and CLASS standards while implementing required frameworks.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in ECE/Child Development and 24 ECE units, with eligibility for a Teacher’s Permit. Physical ability to work at multiple locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in ECE/ Child Development or higher level degree required.
• 24 ECE units + ability to attain Child Development Teacher's Permit or higher level permit required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Teacher in a QPI and CSPP classroom; supervise instructional staff and ensure high quality early childhood education.
• Maintain ECERS score of 6 or higher and CLASS scores for Emotional Support, Instructional Support and Classroom organization.

Education
