Job summary

Children’s Paradise is seeking a classroom lead to guide the educational care and development of a specific group of students, implementing the Quality Preschool Initiative and collaborating with colleagues and families to maintain high standards.

You will plan and implement a rich curriculum, use the CLASS tool for purposeful teaching, and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in ECE/Child Development or higher level degree.
• Infant/toddler units.
• 24 ECE units + ability to attain Child Development Teacher's Permit or higher level permit

Responsibilities

• Lead the classroom to implement the Quality Preschool Initiative per program requirements.
• Supervise Instructional Assistants and support high-quality learning for students and families.
• Collaborate with children, staff and families to ensure high-quality early childhood education.

Education
