Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire lifelong learners and guide a preschool classroom with strong mentorship. You’ll create engaging activities, support growth across social, physical, and cognitive domains, and ensure compliance with licensing and program standards.

You will build genuine relationships with families, coordinating learning progress and center goals while contributing to a positive, energetic workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center's success.
