Job summary

Children's Paradise Inc in Escondido, CA is seeking a dedicated preschool teacher to lead a classroom, implement the Quality Preschool Initiative, and supervise Instructional Assistants to ensure high-quality early learning for children and families.

You will plan a rich curriculum using Creative Curriculum and PITC, engage with students daily using CLASS, and maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards while partnering with parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE/Child Development or higher.
• Minimum 24 ECE units and ability to obtain Teacher's Permit.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a rich curriculum using the Creative Curriculum and PITC.
• Supervise Instructional Assistants and support high-quality learning for all children.
• Collaborate with children, staff and families to ensure safety and engagement.
