Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers in a supportive center.

You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, lead classroom management, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. This role offers opportunities to build strong relationships with families and to grow professionally in a positive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
