Job summary

Learning Care seeks a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, while leading classroom management and curriculum implementation in a licensed setting.

You will communicate with families to support child achievement and center success, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for professional growth through our Master Teacher program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children by promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
