Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to develop engaging, age-appropriate activities for preschoolers. You will mentor fellow teachers, promote social, physical, and cognitive growth, and lead curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing standards.

You will also communicate with families to support each child's progress and the center's overall success, working a Monday–Friday schedule in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children in your class and promote their growth.
• Lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success.
