Learning Care seeks a Lead Teacher to create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines.

You will build sincere relationships with families to promote child achievement and support the center’s success, working a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must meet state education requirements for licensed childcare.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
