Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire and educate young children in a supportive center environment. You will develop engaging learning experiences, mentor other teachers, and promote growth across social, physical, and cognitive domains.

You’ll lead classroom management, implement curricula, and ensure adherence to licensing standards while building strong relationships with families to support each child’s success.

Qualifications

• Must meet state education requirements for childcare centers.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
