Job summary

Learning Care seeks an energetic Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers in a dynamic preschool setting. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children while leading classroom operations and curriculum delivery.

You’ll build strong relationships with families, ensure licensing standards are met, and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment that values growth and play every day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and implement fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
