Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers in a supportive preschool setting. The role focuses on nurturing social, physical, and cognitive growth while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and center standards.

You’ll build strong relationships with families and contribute to a positive, energetic learning environment. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with bi-weekly and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring licensing guidelines and company standards are met.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
