Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide preschool learners with engaging, age-appropriate activities and to mentor fellow Teachers. This role emphasizes classroom management, curriculum implementation, and adherence to licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, communicate student progress, and contribute to a warm, supportive learning environment where children grow physically, socially, and academically.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
