Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to foster loving, educational environments for preschool children. You will mentor other teachers, design engaging activities, and ensure your classroom aligns with licensing standards while promoting growth in every child.

You will communicate regularly with families, support center success, and contribute to a positive, energetic work culture. 18+ and state guidelines compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom activities and mentor fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring licensing guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
