Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire children daily and mentor fellow teachers. This role emphasizes creating engaging lessons while promoting growth across social, physical, and cognitive domains in a caring preschool setting.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum per licensing guidelines, and foster strong relationships with families to support student success and center achievement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of leading a classroom.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build genuine relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
